Hi there,

Just wondered if anybody could give us a little bit of information, its going to be a little long sorry

We have PNP for BC the pnp runs out the end of June this year. We are still in the UK. We are yet to apply for PR. We thought that we would have been out there by now but our house has taken a little time to sell and of course we need to sell this before we go. Am i right in thinking that the forms we filled out for PNP are the forms we need to submit for PR. Will we need to have the Police checks and medicals done before we apply for PR or can they be done afterwards. Will my husband still need to sit the english language test, bearing in mind we are British and he is going over on skilled workers PNP.

Any help or advice would be very much greatly received, we fear we are going to run out of time.

Thanks for reading this

Nic

Hi Nic:

You both absolutely need PCC from the UK when you send application to visa processing office.
You don't need medical done yet b/c you will have a request once you file up for visa processing. It will take a few months and you have to wait patiently. These days CIC is taken a lot more times then before.
In regards to IELTS, since your husband is a PNP nominee I don't think they would ask for English test! But again it is totally on CIC .
Hope it helps.
