Looking for a guider

Good day everyone!
IRCC office has asked me for some additional documents, which are included: additional family information and supplementary information form.
In additional family information form *There is not enough column to add more family member in children section. (Can anyone tell me what to do?)
* Supplementary information form is not readable which means i can not type to fill the blanks.
Please guide me as soon as you read this because i have limited time to submit the documents.

Thank you so much, what can i do with the supplementary form? Its not readable tried every trick but they haven,t sent me the readable form and is not found in websites.
