Looking for a grant ( Immigrant)

Hi,

I am wondering if there is any grant for a course/ diploma/certificate that is available for any immigrant without competition? I am on low income.

There are loans available to continue your education if you are low income and don't have the funds to do this yourself. The rules are slightly different from province to province (the Ontario program is called OSAP). These are however loans - so they have to be paid back once you complete school.

If you are interested in a scholarship - these are generally given by the schools themselves and you would have to check with the school you will be attending to see what they may have available. Generally speaking, these scholarships are awarded based on academic achievement.
