Hi everyone,

I’ve been preparing for the Canadian citizenship test - I found some good websites that summarize all the dates and historical events.

However, I haven’t been able to find a complete list of all the names mentioned in the Discover Canada book.

I’m hoping someone here might already have compiled such a list, or know where to find one. Ideally, I’m looking for something comprehensive that follows the order of appearance in the 2021 version of Discover Canada (with names from the main text, sidebars, and captions). Doesn't matter if it's free or paid.

Thank you,
Sky

Not that it answers your question, but if you're at the point where you've been through the summary of dates and historical events, which obviously includes the people associated with these events, you're probably more than ready to pass the test.
Anyone who prepares it a minimum is a guaranteed pass, and often with 19 or 20/20. You'll find out soon that your request is probably overkill.

Yes, but there are lots of names that do not have a date/event associated with them (e.g., Donovan Bailey or Sir Frederick Banting of Toronto, and Charles Best, whom I randomly picked from the Modern Canada chapter).

I am doing mock tests and I am passing most of them (I haven't even finished the book yet), but the list would be a safeguard for sure.
