I'm trying to understand why our LPP has been on hold since 19 Jan 2026.
My timeline:
Submitted 06 Sep 2025.

Test Invite 12 Jan 2026
Test Complete 19 Jan 2026
We are a family of 5, applied at ~1105 days. The office handling our application is Sydney, but we are located in Vancouver. I heard that during LPP the local office might get involved and that Vancouver office is overloaded. Is that normally the reason?
For language – I used my IELTS from PR application, and my wife went through an English course at Vancouver Community College to obtain an official certificate (got level 9).
