Can somebody help me out? I do not know what to do.
I applied for the extension of my mum's visiting visa since first or second week in August 2013 and I have not heard anything about it.
It was a paper application. No file number received. Her visa already expired on Nov.2, 2013. What i saw online is that they are now processing September 23. Please help me out. Called their phone number nobody picked it.
