As you can see that my Medicals were expired on Aug 09, 2016. Now I have received a Remedical Request, but this time it is not from LVO rather it is from DELHIMEDICAL/MEDICAL@international.gc.ca.

Any guidance or comments in this regard are highly welcomed.

Is there anywhere clause of S15 and S16 written in your last GCMS notes and

These are clauses that are written in small letters in the top right corner or in some places in the GCMS notes. These are just only letters S15 and S16 printed in small letters. And some information is kept hidden in notes under these clauses. Therefore you can not see some information under these clauses.

It seems that there is a real need to file a lawsuit by all the DRD victims to get compensated for the time wasted after medicals because this is abnormal attitude of DRD to take this much of time after medicals for approximately all of the applications that he has been assigned. Either he being the program assistant or his boss who is Immigration officer is delaying the matter. Whosoever is delaying but in the end we are the victims.

From what I can see here, I have an impression that LVO started issuing PPRs to FSW2014 applicants who were stuck for a long time, does any one else has the same impression or that is just me imagining things???
