Managersonline, I think there is more towards the investigation than receiving PCC and RPRF request after an applicant completes his/her Medicals.
During August I submitted all my and my spouse PCCs without them even asking.(Even it is mentioned in latest gcms, both the Applicant PPCs are clean)
So when they asked for medical request on 10th Feb,. , they also asked for revised forms,passport bio pages and RPRF. Having completed these requirements, and sending by courier I am still waiting for PPR.Even I emailed them the RPRF receipt just to ensure there is no misunderstanding.
I believe it's not over until an applicant gets his final PPR request. Accordingly it's surprising that most people from UAE got PPR within 1 month of Medicals, even my case is stuck with LVO , I don't know why.
Lets hope now they email us the PPR.....Patience needed... Good things come to those who wait.

Hi guys so I met BWJ today at Charing Cross for my interview.

It was a very good chat, about 40 mins. She said it was nothing major that she just wanted to clarify my work experience since she did not get to the reply from my office quick enough. She said it is always better sometimes to ask people to come down for the interview. Maybe she knows I like just 30 mins away by train.

1. Work experience I was asked to explain what I do- I made sure it matched my NOC

2. She asked if I still have the funds I gave her updated statements with more money

3. She asked to see my work I'D as I work for a bank. I showed her.

4. She asked me what I was doing after my masters cos there was a gap of about 6 months. I told her I was more doing independent research.

After the session, I asked if she was happy and she said absolutely that she will go upstairs and pass my eligibility. She said I should get medical today or tomorrow.

Count me with you. The same story Security portion in the GCMS notes is hidden. Eligbility is passed. Medical is passed. You can see my timeline on left. I raised GCMS notes because there was no answer at all for my CSEs.

May be they are making sure about us that we are not terrorist and not a threat to Canadian security.

But frankly speaking as far as I am concerned, I have been a strong campaigner against all sorts of terrorism and I did not visit any police station throughout my life, and has never been involved in any of criminal or illegal activities and I am prominent figure of peace movement in my village and surrounding cities to wipe out extremist thoughts and views. But still intensive security check is being conducted about me. Apparently it seems. Because Security section is completely hidden in my GCMS notes.

Let us hope for good. It is Canadian Government's right to ensure that only people who do not pose any threat to Canadian security in near or far future should be given PR status and should be the future Canadians.

But for me it is a surprise because of the reasons explained above.

Yes i sent almost a month ago lets see when they proceed on that but i think they again set in a queue and becomes sort of cold case

I need your help please.

I received the medical requests on Feb. this year for me, my wife and 2 sons and no request was given for the elder 2 son & daughter.

On the same day we wrote to CIC asking about the elder 2 and so far we got no response. The 2 elder son and daughter are currently studying in Canada.

so far we wrote to them more than 4 times. What to do???
