Just received an email from LVO for attending the interview in UAE, 7th of March is the date given to me, following (Generic) list of documents required.

With you all the best and success during the interview process.
By the way during all this time from the PER receipt, whether they have requested any additional information or any additional documents. OR just directly asked for interview without any further details during all this period of waiting?​

You must send the signature page as well. This is what happened to me when I sent them only the first page they asked me to send me the signature page also after passing of 20-days. So to avoid delay send both pages from now.

Medical request for me and family + asked to pay RPRF : August 2015
Re medical requested for me after 3 months bcoz of minor HEP-B problem
Re-done medical and submitted on 12 Jan 2016 with normal liver funtions
Ecas system updated : Medical results have been received on 14 Jan 2016
Now waiting..
No CSE raised as my ecas system is updated.
its been 2 weeks now..lets see what they do.

" Received email from LVO (DRD) asked for update information chart which require, passport number,expiry,name,eye color & height". Filled the information and sent back via email.
what should i expect now ?

Alhumdulillah, Passport received with visa stamp for all members. Allah knows the right for everything!!!

PER : 08 January, 2015
Photo Request : 06 February, 2015
Photo Sent: 16 February, 2015
MR & RFPR, info Chart : 27 October, 2015
Medical Forms Received : 04 November, 2015
Courier DD & Info chart : 05 November, 2015
Medical Done : 07 November, 2015
Medical Received : 12 November, 2015
PPR : 12 January, 2016
Passport Submitted to Abu Dhabi Embassy : 18 January, 2016
Passport returned through Aramex : 03 February, 2016 valid up to one year from medicals

It took 496 days to complete the process Approx. 1 year and 4 months

I wish everyone in the form or anyone hoping a good life in Canada that their dreams comes true!

The reason I'm asking is that I'm used to US visa in which the format is mm/dd,

will you confirm it.

Hi Guys,

I am seeking help from anyone who are actually living in UK and planning to migrate to Canada.

I had a Tier II General visa ( Work Permit ) and also carrying an immigrant visa of Canada. We are a family of 3 people and soon planning to go to Canada because our UK Visa for renewal got rejected.

The Rejection cause was that they have found offence on my name which I am not convicted off. So at present we have only less than a week left to stay in UK and soon planning to move.

I have gathered all the documents from the court which states that there was a register error and hence the offence was shown into the system and now they have withdrawn everything from my name. Waiting for my latest police certificate that should show no trace of offence like the same one i have submitted around October last year for my Canada immigration.

This is a serious error which is now causing my UK visa to be refused.

I would like to ask anyone in the forum to read my situation and let me know that if i now travel to canada will there be any issue with my immigration. As i have all the supporting documents and i havent convicted for any offence should i really worry too much.

My lawyer will re-apply for the UK visa but now I am thinking this will involve lot of cost and why not go to Canada immediately and star the life we always wanted.

Please share your thoughts and that will be a great help for us....

The date when you receive the Medical forms OR the date when you go to the hospital for medicals OR the date when the hospital sends the result to cic OR the date when the ecas shows that the medicals have been received .. ? ?
