Please can any one tell me how much time Abu Dhabi embassy will take to issue the visa ????

But one thing I am surprised that why did your Medical Received Line took so long to update in ECAS. You did medical on 3rd Nov, 2015 and you got Medical Received Line updated on 27th Dec 2015. What is the reason? Whether your medical center was not e-Medical Enabled?
In my case الحمد الله عزوجل I got Medical Received Line Updated second of doing the medicals.

Moreover did you received RPRF with the email of MR-Forms or separately?

I am not sure why it took so long though Islamabad medical center is emedical, I think.

Buddy it's due to Delhi Medical Centre [Regional DMP Office], they submit results too much late to CIC.

Many Pakistani Applicants are still waiting to receive the Medical Received Line [Karachi/Lahore/Islamabad]

Please , could any helpful mate explain what do they mean by the Foss, restricted notes , and why AOR is cancelled???

Yes for me it was the case that I have received the Medical forms and RPRF in separate emails.

Second reason as MAKPAK1 mentioned that may be because of Delhi we (Pakistan) is being discriminated and they are intentionally delaying our cases.

Please share your timeline and also PA/VO if you know. Because it's not only you, there are alots others applicants who got same status in their GCMS NOTES.

My PER date is 29th January and in 1st NOTES the due date was 15th SEPTEMBER but nothing happened on this date, then got 2nd NOTES the next due date was 31st december but till now no progress in my case.
