Friends it is a bad news after a 15 month long wait it is rejection these officer are a complete *censored word* . receive a official letter Today.

am not satisfied that you meet either the second or third part of these requirements because, I am not satisfied that you have performed the actions described in the lead statement nor a substantial number of the main duties as listed for occupation 4011 – University lecturer. Subsection 75(3) states that if a foreign national fails to meet these requirements, the application shall be refused and no further assessment is required. I am not satisfied that you meet these requirements. Subsection 11(1) of the Act states that a foreign national must, before entering Canada, apply to an officer for a visa or for any other document required by the regulations. The visa or document may be issued if, following an examination, the officer is satisfied that the foreign national is not inadmissible and meets the requirements of this Act. Subsection 2(2) specifies that unless otherwise indicated, references in the Act to “this Act” included regulations made under it. Following an examination of your application, I am not satisfied that you meet the requirements of the Act and the regulations for the reasons explained above. so now i am going for the judicial review any thing you mates want to tell me.

Please share what course of action you have taken and what is the current status.

Now I have to submit passport at VAC in London which is VFS global. Any idea how long they take to issue? TIA

Anjalidave thank you my friend. Are you currently residing in UK? Just wanted to know how long VFS global London takes time to issue visa? I've to take leave from work and travel to uk for visa processing.

Thank you guys for your messages. As many were asking, my VO was DRD. It took around 70 days from ECAS medical record to get PPR.

Btw if any applicant is currently living in UK and has received PPR or processed PPR, or if you know about it, how long do VFS global in London takes to process the visa? TIA

They said that it is misrepresentation

They visit the site and the team spoke with the company’s sole manager. He told them that he had never heard of you and stated that the job title does not exist at the company.

I have to respond in 30 days.

Please guide me for this.

Did ur letter have company stamp/seal?

which documents did u provide while submitting application?

Do u have any proof of employment like contract letter? salary slips, bank transactions for salary etc?

I submit my Experience Letter and salary certificate that signed by chief executive not by manager
