Once you are done with Medical,
1) you may send the proof of MR by reply to email for MR if it is asked in your email.
2) Keep checking your application status for MR recieved - it take 7 days
3) Wait for RPRF if your are success in MR
4) You may ask to provide updated filled form if any change or in worst case you may ask to come for interview(rare chance) if something wrong with your application or they found in correct information provided by you during background check
5) Wait for PPR(approx 10-15 working days) depends upon your VO
6) Submit PP to VAC london by post
7 Wait for CORP - it takes 4-5 working days

Do I have provide any kind of biometrics at LVO or just the passport will do? I am afraid that before I get the call to submit my PP, my UK visa will expire. Please let me know. Also can you please explain CORP?

COPR stands for Confirmation of Permanent Residence. It's a letter which has your details and is one of the important documents while you make your landing in Canada.

You get this document along with your Immigrant Visa Stamped Passport.

When an immigrant is approved for permanent residence in Canada, they receive a Confirmation of Permanent Residence document. An immigration officer at the port of entry or a CIC office signs and dates this document when permanent residence is finally granted. At Submission: You can submit the passports of all your family members

At Collection: Every person above 18 needs to collect on their own showing the:

So,
You mentioned CNIC (which is not needed, except in Pakistan)
You gave the wrong link - for Pakistan !
He can submit and collect all passports himself (Family not needed, even if over 18 years)

PLUS,
He has not yet done his medicals,
He is only collecting information on the future processing...
When he receives his PPR, it will have all the info...

Seems you are a new traveler !

Weight allowed varies ticket to ticket, and airline to airline (may differ with code-share flights).
Check with the travel agent, when you book your ticket.
You can also check the airlines website...

You can order GCMS notes through various online websites or if you have family or friends in Canada, they can order the notes on your behalf. Please see the following thread for GCMS notes. you are allowed 2 pieces weighing 23 kg. Anything above that will be charged.
