Linkedin is a professional site for prospective employers and employees....
If someone falsifies his professional qualification and/or experience here, he can also do so with CIC !
If your privacy is enabled, so no one can see your profile.... why did you even create it...! (it defies the purpose).

They have the right to check multiple sources to find out misrepresentation...
Out of the 25000 principle applicants of FSW2014.... how many applicants profiles have been visited ? 10, 20, 50, 100...!?

If they are boldly checking your profile...
You have nothing to fear, unless you are hiding/falsifying...!

Lead your normal life.
Unless you have nothing else to do in life... checking ECAS multiple times a day.
jobless/unemployed or you have free internet in your office with nothing else to do...
OR maybe gathering statistical data on the immigration pathway for future use by CIC (could land you a job)!

I would say keep your trust in Allah, stay calm, have patience and all will be right in the right time.

Yes I had several persons viewing my profile. And I am pretty confident that they were from CIC because in summary page of "Who has viewed Your Profile" it clearly mentioned that Seven person from Citizenship and Immigration Canada have viewed my profile. Please see below image of summary of my LinkedIn profile views:-

By the way CIC considers LinkedIn as vital source of information.
this means you are important to CIC :D

I went to Health Bay Polyclinic it was also good with E-medical facility, but you just need to follow up the result if you want your medical to submit urgently.

Al Zahra better. Did mine from there. Really efficient. Submitted next day. No appointment delays too.

Heard a lot about dubai issues, so preferred Al Zahra Hospital.

Hi Guys,

I have submitted my application on May 2014, and processing started on August 2014, but till now, I haven't heared anything from them, Also no update has been done on my ecas.
So please advise guys, I'm very confused !!!

That is rather strange. Please share your timeline. When you received PER ? What is the exact status in your ECAS?

Well, here's the exact status of my ECAS & timeline:

1- We received your application for permanent residence on May 14, 2014.
2- We started processing your application on August 28, 2014.

And I received the PER on November 2014. I don't know why I haven't heard back from them !!!! :(

Its unusual, although not entirely impossible, for LVO to still be working on your application. Have you raised a CSE or ordered GCMS notes as yet ?

No I haven't raised a CSE yet, but I sent them an inquiry email, and they said I have to wait as I'm still within the normal processing time.
So what do you suggest ? and how would requesting the GCMS notes affect me ? as I don't know much about the GCMS notes.

An inquiry email is basically a CSE. When did you raise CSE and what was their exact response. You can order GCMS notes through various online websites or if you have family or friends in Canada, they can order the notes on your behalf. Please see the following thread for GCMS notes. They are a good way to finding out the exact details of your application process.
