My ECAS status updated to 'Decision Made' today without any updates about receiving Medical, requested documents etc... Should i be concerned?

Seems a positive update. Check with your medical center if your medical results were okay, if somehow you can. Do so first thing in the morning.

I had checked with our Medical center shortly after they sent it to CIC and was told everything was ok... Hopefully as you said it will be a positive update, just concerned that there are no other status updates.

your processed passport no :_____________ has been dispatched from the canada visa office islamabad to the canada visa office on 21-9-15

mean that the passports have arrived at vfs karachi or should i wait for their call to go and collect the passports ??

Two months have passed after MR and today I see additional 3 lines as below. VO mentioned in last update that routine background checks are going on, obviously, as I submitted PCCs late with MR. Let's see how long it takes further.

A suggestion to all forum members, if you are supposed to submit PCC for any country where you stayed more than 6 months, don't wait for VO request, submit it quickly. It will expedite your processing time by at least 1-4 months.

1) We received your application for permanent residence on XXXX
2) We started processing your application on XXXX
3) We transferred your application to the London England office on XXXX. The London England office may contact you.
4) We sent you correspondence on XXXX. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.
5) We sent you medical instructions on XXXX. To avoid delays, please provide us the information requested in the letter as soon as possible. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Better to wait for their call. But if they didn't call you by tomorrow 2nd half and you are very desperate to collect passport (like me) you may visit them at around 4:30 pm. In my case, they haven't called me but I reached their office at 4:15 and they told me that they received the passports just half an hour ago.

I am also 3rd July Applicant with PER on 28th October and I raised 3 CSE so far and reply from RIH is standard (Awaiting review).
I am 34 years and also traveled few countries over last 10 years. Only thing is I have not submitted PCC with original application.
I have applied for PCC this week so as soon as I get it i will submit it. Did you submitted PCC with original application? Where do you live?

I don't think there is any issue with sending PCC during or after application submission. It clearly states that PCC can be submitted when requested. In your case, it will be sent when you get it. So no worry! I am seriously contemplating the role age plays in selecting applications for processing. I am 45+ and feel the age factor is pulling me down - Guys, any thoughts on this? Or any precedence where age has not been an issue and LVO granted MR etc...

GUYS i am Oct, 2014 applicant. Got PER on 15th Jan, 2015. No sign of MR. Can you tell how much time it will take ?

Secondly, how to check who is my Visa office ?
