Don't worry. I also have exactly the same time line. Medicals done on 12th Aug, VO is VCM and RPRF/Sch-A on Aug 21. Same statement by IOM. Let's wait for keep our fingers crossed. ALLAH will make the best for us.

yes they will submit your medicals themselves but follow up on them and get a print out from them which shows that they have uploaded your medical.
2ndly, you can also resend the printed out sheet which you got from the hospital to CIC and also attach the receipt you paid for the medicals.
after you have done this, relax and continue checking for update/emails

Jane123,
The email is correct, but its used by all applicants.
Did you mention your application number/UCI in the email, otherwise it will take sometime to sort it.
Usually they say reply to this email. (i had similar email from LBM)
Because the subject line in there email has your details like this
"app no.- surname, first name - LBM", just add "urgent" in caps in the start and send it.
You can resend it if you feel unsure.

However adding 'urgent' in subject sound good. Will do this while sending PCC.

Dear jane123,

The email and letter in the email from LBM states to send them , by replying to the EMAIL and not by courier. I sent mine yesterday.

In EMAIL:

"Please email the requested documents to us as separate attachments.
To avoid unnecessary duplication of work, please do not also send hard copies by mail/courier."

In LETTER:
"We also require the following to be emailed within the next 15 days:"

updated forms

"We also require the following to be emailed within the next 45 days:"

Medical results, Bio pages of PP, PCC, and rprf

These were the exact wordings.
Plus they will specify which document they need in ORIGINAL.
All there emails are pretty specific on what and how to do.

what were the wordings in yours ?
Suppose we do courier, what address do we use ?.
The one at the end of the letter ?

I assume we have to only email the scanned doc n not courier.

No need to be nervous, honestly its just a checkup. Drink lots of water for urine test.
1.Chest X-ray
2.blood pressure
3.height
4.Weight
5.eyesight
6.physical checkup, (1 min), open your mouth, ha ha ha. then take a deep breath, look into the eyes, any scar, operation or skin issue. best answer no sir. did you smoke? yes/ No
7.blood test
8.urine test
and you are good to leave........................... So just relax bro.
