SGVO... they havent asked me any thing... he said i have 30 days to respond with other documents... im not sure what to submit as i already submitted salary slips and appointment letters..

If you have already submitted payslips, contract and a letter from your employer, you could try to get a copy of their tax certificate (which will indicate it's an actual company) as well as more letters from your direct manager, head of the company and the HR department all of them mentioning their e-mail addresses.

Also, maybe examples of any work you have done and copies of official e-mails, etc.

Got email from BWJ today asking me to send following documents;

1). Updated Schedule A/ Background declaration form since the age of 18 years.

2). Updated original PCC ( I already sent PCC with application, seems VO take validity of 1 year)

3). Copy of Nikah Nama with translation...I already sent copy of Nikah Nama issued by NADRA and verified by Foreign Office which contain both English and Urdu so unable to understand logic of new requirement. Can anyone guide me from where to get this translated . I am from Lahore

I had faced the same issue. I checked with BWJ directly and got clear information. They dont need Nadra issued marriage certificate but the actual Nikkah Nama that was used for your marriage which has ur and ur spouse's sign (kachi nikkah nama) plus the nikkah nama will be translated in english and stamped by foreign affairs. i got mine done from karachi and it is quite a simple process. u have to pay to the agent and any one on ur behalf can do this.

Thnx Waleed, every VO has their own logic and working style....do we need to send original English translation attested by Foreign Affairs to VO or copy of same will work ? Original Nikah Nama in Urdu ( Kachi Nikah Nama), have to forward copy of same without any attestation or this one also needs to be attested by any authority?

Yes applied notes 3 times, last one updated till 15 May revived on 15 June 2015.

hello slam to all, im new to this forum.
my visa application for federal skilled noc of 4011 (univ lecturer ) applied last year 2014 june ,they proceesed it in mid july and end of oct I got approval letter .than I added my spouse in april .but today I got letter from London office that I do not fulfill requirement of job duties in my job letter..although the job duties they mentioned are already present in my letter .I do not know what actions they want from me..on the first go they approved it now this ? they refused it..how much time I have for appeal where should I do it ?how much chances I have .all other things lik stataments police certi ,wes report ielts already been submitted.

Hi.. my VO is BWJ too. today i got passport request... so all what i am saying that worked for me... what i did was that i got my original urdu version of nikkah nama attested from foreign affairs and also got an English translation attested by foreign affairs. by this i ensured that the VO doesn't question the authenticity of thr attestation.

However, i had only sent BWJ the copies of both attested original nikkah nama and the translation
