I have a question regarding where to send my Upfront Medical Report form (IMM1017B UPFRONT)

I received a letter stating that my application has been forwarded to the London office and I have to get my medical done and send this directly to the visa office.

I was able to find this address from
VFS Global Canada, United Kingdom (it is not allowing me to post the website link as maybe this is my first post)

Office Address:
Canada Visa Application Centre
66 Wilson Street,
London
EC2A 2BT



I was reading this form and saw a post from a memeber stating that

Canada House
Trafalgar Square
London
SW1Y 5BJ

is where the medical form needs to be sent...

This is from here: High Commission of Canada, London, UK (it is not allowing me to post the website link as maybe this is my first post)

If someone can guide me in regards to where the correct location is, that would be greatly appreciated.

Hi buddy ... i have done upfront medical as well , and i just sent an email copy (no need to sent the physical paper) , and it now show on the CIC ecase .... u can search for CSE London , you can raise a CSE to them and attach the copy of the emedical printout they gave you

From Your side , they will request only the Passport.

from their side they will do Background checks, and verify the medical result, do the criminality check

Then they will issue the you the Visa

1. Separate emails will have Medical forms for each family member and comes within 48 hours
2. There is an online link for payment by Credit Card
