I had wrote to LVO on 26-June-2015 that it is not possible to obtain PCC from KSA for past resident. Till to date i did not get any reply from LVO and today it was the last date of deadline for submission.

Hi. Just got a wierd email from RFI after 190 days of PER. RFI has rejected my application saying that my job duties does not match the NOC i applied with . I applied with the NOC 1114 but RFI says that your job duties do not match with NOC 1114 rather they match NOC 6235 and hence they have rejected my application. Decision Made is showing on my ecas.

Now i wanted to ask, that will i get my application fees of CAD 1100 back. and if so then what is the process ?. secondly can i apply under express entry if yes what do u suggest. i am awaiting a detailed reply.

Sorry to hear this news. RFI was sleeping and suddenly wake up but not in good manner.

Only possibility is to consult a good immigration layer and discuss your case. The layer can tell you if the appeal can made against this decision or not.

As mentioned in cic website before, no refund will apply if the decision turned negative during process. If it happens before per than the refund applied.

This is as per my best knowledge and rest seniors can guide you more.

Dear Malik,

Submit all other documents and leave the PCC of saudi. Please print the cic page of PCC where the procedures about saudi PCC mentioned. It's clearly mentioned that only current residents of KSA can get the pcc

When was ur third line updated? It normally takes a month for PPR 2 after TLU

my third line was updated on 19th June. but i have seen cases where candidates got PPR within a week of TLU.

It depends on turn around time for ur security and background checks. Did u applied along with family or single? Bcz family takes a lil bit more time. Also depends on number of countries u lived in ( number of pcc's provided by u) and their verification time

Don't worry, mine took about 1 month and 3 weeks after my medicals. You will get them soon.

Oh dear this is really shocking news and its unfair after all this painful wait this is the outcome.
I Am 3.9.2014 applicant, got a schedule A update request form RFI and after two months I got PCC request and till date no further communication from LVO really worried after what happen in your case.

Same concern now. I had been requested schedule A by RFI a month ago. now worried after this shocking news from RFI.
