Dear friend

I have a concern. We did our medical on the 12th of May 2015 and the clinic uploaded the results on the 19th of May but the 3rd line On the ECAS has still not been updated. Can someone suggest what must be the reason? Our visa officer is MCH

You mean April right, not May? Because if you can go into the future let me know how and I'll get mine done too ;)

189 days since PER.
No update. No docs asked.
GCMS notes: due date is 30th April 2015.
Paper file transfer history: PREC-106-Screening
(Looks like my file still at screening stage as in assessment tab everything is pending e.g. Eligibility, background and criminality etc.)
Last CSE in February and reply from RIH is my file awaiting review by an officer.

Seniors please provide some input and feedback.
Thank you

I have the same timeline and same VO (RIH), still no update after PER.

I will keep waiting, waiting and waiting.

By looking at these posts, i am losing faith in LVO. Specially RIH >:( Only LVO guys are suffering! Other Visa offices are sending PPR to people with same timeline as ours. Some of them have already got their visa stamped! The worst part is that we still don't know how much longer do we have to wait. I can see applicants who got PER even a month before me, still waiting in the dark. I mean c'mon 180+ days after PER and still NOTHING! Damn, its 6 months!!!

Hi Friends

I had filled the application for FSW as below
Visa office - LVO
NOC-1111
App Dt - 8th Aug 2014
PER Dt - 2nd Dec 2014
File Trf - Awaited

Its seems that there is something wrong with the application as those with the same time lines are getting the 2nd line updated & medical request.

Pls let me know if i need to send any inquiry and where.

Also let me know how do i update my info like other on the Left display.

thanks in advance.

My Visa officer is also BWJ and its almost 180+ days since my PER. It may be possible that BWJ may be assessing same NOC cases which are not so hot NOCs. My NOC is 0111. What are your NOCs.

Dear

I am a user of this forum from quite a long time and I observed the following;

1. Country from which you are applying is matters a alot rather than nationality. Here on this forum you can see that late october (Shadin 22-10-2014) or even december (weeko 15-12-2014) applicants are getting further processing or MR email while July; August & September applicants are waiting.

2. In the same country, there is lot of variation; for example, people applied from Pakistan in July or August are waiting while September or October applicants are getting further processing or MR email. This is because of speed variation of VOs. Some are moving fast and other are slow.

3. Another thing, I noted that when the applications reached LVO from CIC after PERs, they are divided among VOs on the basis of country applied from and the space VOs have to deal this. So when anyone raise CSE, concerned VO answered the query.

Regards,

Raza

I finally received my passports from Abu Dhabi embassy through VFS. However, they did not included my pic on the visa. They kept it empty. Would that cause any issue at time of entry?

Also, i was given a sealed envelope. Am i allowed to open it? What does it contain?

Hi Moe 2010 congrats on your receipt of Passport back, finally done with Step 1! :D

Can you please let me know when and from where you sent your passport, I am also waiting for our passports to be returned, it's been 20 days since we submitted.

Thanks for your reply.

Should I wait for second line update/document request or I inform them through email? Seniors please give response.

Well the most annoying part is no one can tell how lvo works... So spreadsheet data is irrelevant as far as lvo is concerned... Moreover, i have noted that ppl are getting mr first before getting their second line is updated... So in short lvo is messed up...

In my Opinion NOC may also have some impact on the process. May the more demanded NOC are proceeded on early basis.

In my Opinion you should send CSE and mention this point and a valid reason why you forget to mention it. Some time the process get started and second line appears very late. If this happen to your application may be it will get refusal due to misrepresentation.
