This is the inital letter issued from CIC and you were given 120 days to submit complete papers including PCC, experience letters etc to LVO.
Once LVO had received your documents, they had send AOR to you (NASC/Consultant).
Did you sent documents after this letter ? Did your consultant received AOR from London visa office after submitting documents.
You can try writing to london visa office quoting your UCI number and discuss your concerns

This is the only document we got from NASC. We gave our documents to NASC, AED50 X 40 documents = AED2,000. They simply said that we didn't passed. We even asked them to provide a proof that they submitted our application, but no words from them after that. We are tired of going to their office and calling them. I believe we should approach Consumer Protection in Dubai.

just a little correction, previous employer received e-mail (not call) for verification and they asked about exact location of the facility and timings.
I am in UAE, but previous employer is in Pakistan. Visa office is London visa office. Visa officer initials earlier used to be Laura Mcleoid but in past 2 communications, RIH is responding to my mails/communications.

Since July 2013 submitted to CIC which later trasnferred to LVO on 5th October 2013, this is the only time i have seen some movement from LVO.

Please pray for me and would appreciate any comments or suggestions to convey to my previous employer. He is generous , helping and responsible..Need prayers. they are expecting to visit in a week or so (acc to email).

Hi mabmabs where in pakistan is ur employer located? Did ur present employer (if any) in uae got same verification asl well?

Guys its been 3 months since I gave medicals and approx 3 months since I submitted all my docs. No update from my visa officer yet. Shall I apply for Caips notes or not? Pls advice.

Please wait and send an email to your visa officer and also raise CSE query for quick reply asking for your application.I use to do the similar with my office BWJ at london.only if i send an email along with CSE enquiry i use to get reply within 2 days.instead of wasting your money on caips you can follow up with your officer since you are almost at final stage.
I had similar problem as yours and after 3 months finally i got PPR2 request but i use to followup with my officer every month so i was also limiting the emails with him

how long does it took to get pp back with visa?

I submitted my pp from Karachi on jan 9, they reached isl on jan 10........still I m waiting for return. its 6th week now or 43rd day I can say including holidays. many members (6 to 10) are also awaiting passports.....all of them sent between jan 5 --- jan 15. any idea how and why they are taking that long to sent back pp?

Our pps were submitted to embassy in AUH - reached there on Jan 26th and returned via aramex on Feb 21st.

Thanx for your detailed reply. My VO is also BWJ but I myself keep my correspondence to minim. I am hoping final decision in March. So let's see as they gv me 4 mnths time to review the docs I sent.

Bro, i got PPR2 after about 6 months and 10 days time. Usually they perform Security Checks after medicals and for some of the people, it takes too much time, so don't worry, you will get it soon In Sha ALLAH. I would advise to keep your communication minimum with your Program Assistant.

My previous employer has informed me that today they received call from visa office for verification purpose and they would visit the facility any day during this week.

Hi inspectorbharat,

Finally, I found you. My wife applied for Canadian Immigration more than 4 years back at NASC. We lost our hope and just want to get some of our money back. The only document we got from NASC is on the below link. What this means? Is our application applied or only an assessment. If this means application is not fully applied, we have a big chance to get a refund. We plan to approach Consumer Protection here in Dubai.

We got a reply from Central Intake Office that our application is not with them, it is at London Visa Office. The application number we got cannot be checked online.

What I understand with the link is that they sent the application to Sydney,NS and CIC informed them to apply to London, try to find out if they applied to London visa office . Email London visa office as well.
Aprt frm this, do you have any sort of documentation/contract with NASC? Re check and read it carefully ..see if there is any obligation incase of application not submitted etc...

You can approach consumer protection provided your documentation is strong to get the result in your favour.
Gather details/documents of your communication with NASC , CIC and London visa office confirming your application submission

I just checked status of my application, previously it was showing only my current mailing address but today they also added my current home address on main page..,..there is no change in status.....this is second update after PER, first pics request and now address addition......hoping to have big email soon....

I finally got my third line updated to Medical Results received. How likely is it that security checks will be required for me after this step? the CO requested the PCCs for me and my spouse and i shared with them the same PCCs i included in my application and asked her if they require more recent ones but with no response yet.

Any thoughts?

Same happened with me. After reading your post I checked my status and now it's show my current residence address above my mailing address. Status is same "In Process" now I dnt know what does it mean. Seniors pls shed some light of your experience. The address wasn't there in the morning.
