Dear All,

Please confirm how to add new born to the application process.

PER received dated 27-01-2015.what are the options to pay the new born fee to LONDON VISA OFFICE.

should it be paid online or DD must be used.

Procedure for adding the newborn at LVO:

You need to send the following documents:

1. Processing fee for your child (Bank draft for 150 CAD payable in Canada - It should be drawn in favour of "Receiver General for Canada")

2. Copy of Child's birth certificate

3. Copy of child's valid passport

4. 4 recent photographs of the child (write the name, dob, and also application number at the back if you wish)

5. Updated IMM0008 Generic form incorporating the new dependant's information

6. Updated IMM5406 “Additional Family Information” form for you and your spouse (ie two IMM5406 forms)

Post them to :

Canada House

Trafalgar Square

SHD IT BE FOR All cities lived after age 18???

It is one PCC per country

Does LVO also mention in email name of countries for which PCC is needed??

Yes if additional pcc is required, they will mention the country as well for whom it is required... for eg they mask pcc of uae for spouse..

Dear All,

Hope you are doing fine.

We had our visas stamped 4 months ago through VAC in Riyadh, we have not landed yet and now I have a query related to change in family composition.
I received following response from LVO upon informing about change:

Please return your passports and COPRs to the office that printed them (Abu Dhabi), in order to update your application.
My Query: Shall I send passports & COPRs to Abu Dhabi directly through FedEx/DHL or send it through Visa Application Centre (VAC) Riyadh?

In the meantime you need to send following documents:

Updated IMM8 form
CAD150 processing fee
Birth cert for baby
Passport copy and photos for newborn
My Query: They don't need Additional Family Form for myself and spouse, or whatever they have mentioned I should follow that only?

ONLY SUBMIT WHAT THEY ASK..nothing more, nothing less.. this will make their and your life easier..

They are asking to provide pictures as per new specs because earlier submitted are not correct.....I just compare both specs and found no change except now we have to give details of photographer on back side of one photo.....this is not change in specs......anyhow we have no option....

I also received new photograph request. Im an oct 6 applicant, PER jan14. Could this mean a delay in our application?

I have got PER on 29th jan2015, i want to know how can i add my new born baby in application. Many time i post in this forum but still not a clear response.
every one says to send fees and forms at LVO once file will arrive there from CIC,
1.my question is how come i know my file is transferred to LVO.
2. i have to inform them via email first then send my docs of new baby.
3.If in between during there response my medical call arrive what should i do?

Please please can any one elaborate clearly the procedure so it may be very helpful to me.

There is a 45-day deadline to submit new photos. Do you think theyll wait for the reqts to be received first before they move forward in reviewing the application? Thanks a lot.

Processing fee cannot pay online. Only RPRF fee have the option to either pay online or by bank Draft.

Dear Zahid,

In my opinion you should wait till the 2nd line update in your ECAS as LVO is not sending the AOR. Therefore once you have update in your ECAS to 2nd line then send them email about the change in your family configuration.

Or you may wait till the medicals. Once you receive the medical request inform the LVO about the new born baby and they will guide you what to do.
