Dear friends

I got my MR and PCC submission request from LVO.... Which was great news... But my joy was vanished when I saw the request to submit all PCC (three countries ) within 30 days from the date of mail.

I quickly requested for an extension as one of the country I know it takes 30 working days to get PCC.

Seniors plz advise What r my chances of getting an extension as I think it would be impossible to submit the documents winthin 30 days.

One more thing I was not even expecting that I will get a short notice of 30 days only.

Hope you are doing fine.

We had our visas stamped 4 months ago through VAC in Riyadh, we have not landed yet and now I have a query related to change in family composition.
I received following response from LVO upon informing about change:

Quote:
Please return your passports and COPRs to the office that printed them (Abu Dhabi), in order to update your application.
My Query: Shall I send passports & COPRs to Abu Dhabi directly through FedEx/DHL or send it through Visa Application Centre (VAC) Riyadh?

In the meantime you need to send following documents:

Updated IMM8 form
CAD150 processing fee
Birth cert for baby
Passport copy and photos for newborn
My Query: They don't need Additional Family Form for myself and spouse, or whatever they have mentioned I should follow that only?

Hi mates,
I think I have been able to come up with a suggestion after critical digestion of the letter and the specifications. Find below my conclusion and I hope it helps:
1. One photo must have the name and complete address of the photo studio as
well as the date the photo was taken and your name and date of birth.
2. Two photos must include your name and date of birth.
3. One photo should be left blank.

I just hope this photo issue is not a draw back.

I asked photographer to write his name and address, and I wrote my DOB, date taken, my name on one back.
Then wrote my DOB, date taken, my name on other two back.
Keep the last one back blank.
I think this is the right way.

I agree with yhw9102, I did the same, got 4 photos per applicant/dependent, put studio's address stamp on 1 with dates (DOB, Date of photo taken) on 2 and left 4th photo blank. I think LVO is asking for new photos coz the studio address was not a requirement before and probably they have just introduced this.. Hope this works!

fas5555 no need to worry bro... i am 28th May applicant, still no news.. and I know a few applicants who are first week of May applicants also waiting to hear from LVO.

Hope they start reviewing the pending applications soon
