What do you think is the point that is delaying your applicaiton.

Let's try to find something in common between us .. why our applications are stuck ?

I don't know but i think because i'm from middle east.. maybe they do deeper back ground check...

But i have visited US last year, if they have the same database.. they should know that i am clear... ;D

I heard that there a special form for the London based applications, in addition to the forms listed on the CIC website with the document checklist? If so where can I get those forms?

No there is no additional forms for us
just follow the CIC checklist and you will be fine

Since, you have got this MR after a quite long time, may be they already have finished BG checks. But even if they haven't, I think it will not be more than a month for you..

AlhamdulillahPPR2 received today with an instruction to submit passport, pics, information chart to Islamabad for visa issuance.

AlhamdulillAh . Received today email from LVO asking to submit the followings within 30days.:

- Information chart. Please see the attached document.
- Passport copy (bio-pages) for your spouse
- Medical examination results for your newborn child ** instructions will be emailed to you separately. If you have not received them within 72 hours, please contact us **
