I see that your offices is KKB, may i know if he asked you before about additional documents ? and when did he ask for Medical ?
And also did he update your status on ECAS on fast basis ?

its ok my friend. Iwas just thinking wen they going to send e mail for residency fee and medicals
ideally I was expecting all these in one mail.

I guess what Shahzad36_KSA mean is LVO will send the copy of PCC request letter as it says "this may suffice to obtain these certificates".

You cannot get a PCC from Saudi Arabia unless you show them the official letter from LVO. LVO is asking whether the scanned copy of that official letter is ok to get the PCC from Saudi or LVO should send the original hardcopy by post.

LVO will definitely ask for the ORIGINAL PCC. I have never heard of any exception that LVO was satisfied with copy of PCC.

They have sent one more form in excel asking passport details snd eye colors and height for my self and family. They slso requested to provide bio copies of pp.

My question .. do they send it normally to all candidates wen they request pcc from them .

Yousaf, got MR in June asked for updated background forms
which I sent in June my ecas was added with second line in July
" medical results have been received" in start of September new line appeared
We started processing your application on September 2014.
Exactly month after I got PPR1, pray to Allah for all members those waiting
for PPRs..

I have a few questions. I hope our senior or knowledgeable members here will find the time to answer. Thank you in advance!

1. Do I need to do fasting for the medical? What do they mainly check? - NO

2. After I completed the medical and all additional documents, what is the next step and how long do I have to wait? - PPR1 , usually with in 3 months

3. If God-willing I completed my visa application process by December, is it correct that I have 1 year allowance to make my first landing in Canada? It's like December2014 - December2015. - Visa are valid for one year from the date of medical examinations or expiry of your passports , if your passports are less than 1 year valid from your medicals


4. If after I got my visa, I got married, can I immediately apply for my spouse visa? How long does he needs to wait? - You need to inform visa office immediately , they will advise you further in this regard

I am located in Brunei and the nearest Canadian high commission is in Singapore and malaysia, I have to fill in the PPR1 form in which i need to provide my addess, my consultant adviced me if i am allowed by law to send passport via DHL then might be LVO will ask me to send passport to london visa office or otherwise I would have to go to Pakistan and submit my passport,

Drop email to LVO , explain that you are based in Brunei , and cannot travel to Pakistan .
They will advise you to submit passports to nearest CHC , but you need to inform them.
Drop email to them directly , consultant is misguiding you

Here is my detailed timeline:

16-Jul-13 : Application reached CIC
18-Oct-13 : PER
19-Jun-14 : Medical and RPRF request
19-Jul-14 : Third line added on ECAS: "Medical results have been received."
25-Sep-14 : PPR1 request
30-Sep-14 : Email Received to submit passports to VFS Global's offices
09-Oct-14 : Passports submitted to VFS Global's offices.
14-Oct-14 : Collected passports+COPRs

Just now i received email from LVO

1. Police certificates from Pakistan and Saudi Arabia for self and spouse (if a good quality colour photocopy of the attached form is presented, this may suffice to obtain these certificates. If not, please advise us and we will send by post).


2. Please also complete and return the attached form and provide scanned copies of passport bio pages.


They did not ask for RPRF and medicals.

Well, the second point seems to me to be requirement in PPR1... Seniors (msaeed etc), Please correct me if i am wrong...

Well, i am listening this first time since i have joined this forum.

Generally, they should be asking for RPRF and Medical at this stage rather than asking for PPR1 details.

Seems every VO has his own way of proceeding on his alloted cases.

By the way, what are initials of your VO?
