Hello Everyone
it has been 53 months since the start of my journey on May 2010,and 30 months from processing date April 2012,Medicals were done on May 2013 and extended till may 2015.

Latest email from London VO was on May 2014 extending our medicals till May 2015 and mentioning that I will hear from them shortly and no need to do Short Landing.
Finally my prayers to all applicants especially the unfotunate 2010 applicants.

and till now no update.............
its quite disappointing to know that LVO takes more than a year to send MRs to Pakistani resident due to security clearance.....

and few query,
1. my husband is diabetic since 5 years and taking metformin ( pilll to control glucose level) only....
do u think there is a chance of rejection due to that as i read somewhere that if they consider an applicant a burden on canada;s economy, they reject them right away....- No issues , this is normal for them , due to high stress level in Canada , this is common there

This Canada has got into my nerves.... but i have left all to Allah's Will.... - This is test of character and strenght

2.my application was returned last year due to CAP FULL, after that i withdrew almost more than half of the fund from my bank and bought a plot ,but when fsw2014 as announced , i gathered all the funds back and re-assembled the funds required for bank statement, would it be an issue for the visa officer to target? as i haven't provided any proof for deposit of that huge amount... - No issues , this is your money not there , you are required to show funds at the time of submission of your application , and when required by them , in such circumstances always send "Certificate Of Balance" , as this is equally acceptable

Can you please specify the source which says that " if they consider an applicant a burden on canada;s economy, they reject them right away ", As per my knowledge , if you fulfil the eligibility criteria which are the six selection factors and you submit your application in the manner it should be , also the NOC you're applying for is not capped then there is a chance of acceptance rather than rejection. On the other hand whenever you'll receive the medical request, you have to check with it ... like what are the requirements etc ...

Secondly, as per me ... I guess you should specify in a cover letter regarding the sudden transfer of funds. It's better ! - do not mess up , send certificate of balance , this covers every thing

I recommend don't raise CSE this early. Wait for a few days.

Hello All,

Anyone can guide me in this situation.

I dispatched through normal TCS my passports and it was delivered on 9th Sep at CHC Isb. and still I am waiting.

Gerrys is taking only 7-10 days, and my friend got the passports in this time. I am worried about my passports.
I had sent multiple times emails on london as well as on Islamabad address.

actually it was kind of a surprising processing time! I had to wait for nearly 1 year after the RER for any hint from LVO, then in nearly 3 months time, the process was winding up gracefully

U r rite.. one should remain positive even in difficult times... congrats again
A good lesson for me: when you think it couldn't be done, always think again

dear your visa office is probably NDVO . Things there are very different from lvo.

During filing of application, one should provide a asked amount as proof of fund.On later stages under VO, most of time, VO doesnt ask for proof of fund if VO satisfied else VO has right to ask you anytime for last 6 month statement.
