As advised by Saeed bhai, i sent e-mail to my VO at LVO describing that my new born boy has manual pass, and i applied nicop for him some 2 months before but still nadra tracking tool is unable to detect the nicop receipt number, i crossed check from nadra isb hq, and was told that either my respective embassy has not yet posted it to isb or due to last months dharna warna..this bunch has not been updated..furthermore, my wife visa is going to expire in 2 weeks and new born baby has not mrp pass yet nor he has visa for our country of residence, so they cant travel to Pakistan to make new nicop and mrp pass urgently (as the problem stated in earlier post that they demand strictly first name in first column and surname in surname column, but manual pass has only one naam-hamil-haza).
The VO rejoiced me with the confirmation that in the case manual pass is acceptable, but with bold red letter important note that if i send current manual pass for visa, they will stamp visa, but i will not be allowed to make new mrp passport even i get nicop, until unless fulfilling landing procedure, after that i can make new one. if i make new mrp pass after visa issued on manual pass, the visa for my new born baby will be void. and VO stressed on the last note and asked me to reply as soon as possible if i understand the last clause.
in my case, my baby has manual pass untill nov 2015 (bcoz after nov 2015 manual pas all over the world will be obsoleted) and we have been under medical on last week of august, so insha ALLAH we will get visa until august 2015.
