i don't think the presence of second line in ecas is the assurity of eligibility.. it is just what it says simply.. start of process.. when process started then it will determined the result.. however, i will give the reference of old forum members who faced the same situations as yours...

Correction to above.... med not yet issued/ P103 not sent. spouse is a chemical engineer - DRS advises FRC ISBAD required.


what does it mean. i have sent updated doc in march 2012 still waiting for med.

also it is written paper file sent to LBM file BF'D to TS on 15-08-2012 .

my question what would have been done on my file on 15th august 2012. any idea

i am also waiting for my notes.. just want to see.. why my case is delaying... i applied for the notes earlier than you.. still waiting for the notes and they said to me due to "high volume of requests our institution processes makes it impossible to determine the exact date your file will be ready" and you already received the notes.. in LVO lgta hy sab golmal hy.. ;D

what i am thinking is FR and FRC are two different terms... FR "further review" is related to something inside the office and FRC "further review and consultation" is something required from third party outside the office.. just my point of view...

yes dear dont know what they are doing. in my GCMS they simply write FRC required. and upon one of my CSE their reply was your file is awaiting officer review. So what kind of review it could be?

But FRC is not the recent activity. Recent activity is security screeening.
