from where we will get this form?

Dear Ms Maria.

You can go to Rab medical in Gulshan. There is one Dr. aijaz-ul-haq he is child specialist. And his personal click in is n.nazimabad block N.

I asked him to certify my children's immunization forms. And he did it at free of cost.

Thanks.

Wahda mall is a more preferable option as it has multiple food outlets along with Wanasa land for kids at 2nd floor.

The rest is up to other gathering participants. Thx

Aami786pk,

You can use your friend's CC but make sure that he keeps his limit under control and his Bank approves the transaction if your friend is not available over phone to confirm the transaction. Few Banks have the policy to confirm over the phone if any transaction happens out of the country of residence of the CC holder.
thanks a lot abu Hassan for ur reply, I think uk bank credit could be charged without any issue.
