I have received MR request for Self, Spouse & my Kid.
I need to submit the PCC for India, Qatar, Bahrain & KSA with in 60 days.
Also the RPRF fees!!!

Has any one taken Qatar PCC from Saudi, if so pls help!!!!!!!!!

I have been asked to send following documents with MEDICAL Request:

-Updated Travel History forms for all family members age 18 and over
-Supplementary Information Form for applicant
- Updated Schedule A Background/ Declaration forms for each family member over the age of 18. Please note you will need to provide information as of the month/year you turned 18 with no gaps in personal history or address dates.
- Original, updated police certificates
-Right of Permanent Residence Fee
-- Medical examination results for all family members

I am confused about the above 2. I have not found any form named Travel History Form. Supplementary information form 5562E contains TRAVEL HISTORY.

Please advise me what to do.

Many Thanks Saeed Bhai for your advise. But the Visa Officer mentioned 2 forms. If he means supplementary information form then why he asked travel history form separately?

It is confusing.

I contacted Future Gate - Qatar by email. They processed my Qatar PCC on my behalf and sent it to me by Fedex.

Fee inclusive of courier charges: QRs 1200/-
Processing time: 1 week

First of all, congratulations on moving to next phase.

The first requirement talks about update travel for all family members age 18 and over. Principal Applicant is not mentioned in first requirement. While second requirement is Supplementary Information which is also travel information for only applicant or principal applicant. Other family members i.e. spouse and children age 18 and above are not mentioned in second requirement.

Therefore If I combine both requirements, it becomes a single form which is Supplementary Information - Your Travels (IMM5562). You can fill in the travel information for applicant, spouse and children age 18 and above in single form.

To get 100% satisfaction before you submit, you can raise query via replying same email to get response of your visa officer for the clarification.

Inquire with the VAC center, and trace where are your passports. If you have a tracking number, send to RJT as well.

RJT is usually the one that sends PPR requests. I've got mine from RJT as well. I have attached copies in the email, let's hope that they are arrived. dub2can & nkalra received PPR from RJT as well.

I'm not a fan of RJT. He is the one who ignored my RPRF receipt twice in April/May. And I think RJT is handling part of the 1112/2174s who got interviewed by LVO. Anyway, COG11 - I hope your situation gets resolved. Btw, congrats to all (jigzyy et al) who received good news over the last week. Onwards and upwards...
