Dear Mates,

Need an expert advice on following matter.

We appeared in medical today as instructed by LVO. My wife is 4 months pregnant and expected delivery date is Dec, 2014. During medical examination, doctor refused to conduct X-Ray as it is not recommended and safe during pregnancy. Medical unit also informed that they cannot submit medical report without x-ray report.

Can any one advice what will be the further scenario and how should i proceed ?

Regards, MAC
Hello MAC
In my opinion I will suggest you raise a CSE explaining your present circumstance to your VO since the hospital has said they can't do or complete your spouse medicals. Again I have read of a case online where the VO kept the application on hold till after the wife's delivery and resent medicals after the baby was born...here is another link I found on the forum.

Thanks you very much for the information. I have already raised query with LVO. Information provided by you is really helpful.

Sir

Why don't you drop email directly to LVO ?

Stay Blessed

I wanted to give chance the consultants since they said they e-mailed them. If i don't hear anything until Thursday, then I will e-mail them directly ...
Was wondering if anyone else didn't receive the forms in a day or two after the MR e-mail.

Barcomi,

I have a feeling that it is always better for the applicant to handle the application after PER by himself/herself rather than it is controlled by a Consultant.

Since you don't know when you consultant has raised the CSE and what was written in the CSE, it is difficult to suggest anything. My experience is not bad with LVO in terms of critical CSEs. LVO really replied on all of my critical CSEs within 1 or 2 days max. I mean by critical CSE which is not raised to ask LVO about the status of application or receipt of certain updated documents. Your CSE is offcourse a critical CSE and it should have been answered in 1 or 2 days max by sending you medical forms.

You are absolutely right, i will do so

You need UCI no for each family member if you have not received the forms. With ought UCI doctor will not entertain.

correct, in some countries it might work, but in I spoke with two hospitals in the London area and they both said I need the forms ...

Dear barcomi, I received my MR form next day after receiving request for rprf and updated uk pcc. I would advise u to raise CSE directly to LVO yourself as soon as possible. All the best mate.

Thanks for confirming hila01, i will raise CSE.

I know one case form NDVO through my personal networking. He hadn't received the forms even after 3 weeks of MR, in spite of sending repeated CSE.

Finally he get it done by one of the DMP form India with the help of PP copy and principal applicant's UCI no and paper file no.

So weird how VO works ... you send repeated CSE, and still nothing!

Congratulations Jigzzy on PPR1 and good luck for PPR2.

You deserved it from a long time. :) :) :)

Don't worry MM2; I believe if there was another test required for this measurement of BP, Panel Physician should have asked you to do it.

MM2 said:
thanks Nkalra. but i was bit worried about that BP problem
