2nd line does not always show that applicant is through.... I have gone through many cases where refusal letter received after 2nd line.....

I guess MM2 Refusal letter after 2nd line , might be linked to failure of security checks or medicals ??????

Guys, by the grace of almighty Allah, got MR/RPRF request today. They have given me a 30day time to comply.

We are expecting a baby in a couple of months from now. Need expert opinion on
Should I proceed with the medicals or Should I raise a CSE to inform them about this.

I believe we can pay RPRF online?

1- If you meant by "As is it" all information excluding signature & date, then you can send as long as your Personal History (section 8) and Addresses (section 12) hasn't change. If you have written a date in columne "To" of your latest Personal History and Address, then you need to update it. It must also be noted that there is no additional information to be added in section 7, 9, 10 and 11 for period between your application date till today. At the end, signature date must be recent.

2- I have an account with NBAD. I obtained DD from NBAD in CAD in 10 minutes only which was valid for 12 months. You can try with your Bank first by calling them, if it doesn't work, then you can try any reputed bank willing to give DD in CAD.

3. I did my medical in Abu Dhabi although it was expensive than Dubai. You can go for any "eMedical Enabled" Hospital. Please go to the webpage below and select United Arab Emirates, you will find three hospitals in Dubai and one in Sharjah. I advise you to call them and confirm if they are "eMedical Enabled". You can also ask for the available appointments and cost of the medical examination. Please note that "eMedical Enabled" hospital will be faster in terms of submission of medical results to CIC.

Can anyone throw a experiential light for below points?
1) Can we send Update background declaration form as it is as we sent while applying immigration case to NS?
2) which bank is good for bank draft in dubai or Sharjah?What about the expiry of DD?
3) which hospital( dubai or sharjah) is quick & reasonable to provide good service for medical?

Would also be appreicated if reply received lately

I don't think so that you need to raise any CSE at this stage. You better consult with the Panel Physician; most probably, Panel Physician will not go for X-ray of your wife at this stage of pregnancy but general check-up, blood test and urine test can be done. Similalry, you can complete your medical including any children, if you already have. Once new baby gets his/her birth In Sha Allah, it can be added to your file and your wife's X-ray will be taken. Later, medical of new born will be followed which will instructed later after the addition into your file.

As far as informing to LVO is concerned, I believe, it can be done by Panel Physician through their system because they will have to provide a reason why X-ray of one member is missing; you can discuss it in details with Panel Physician. In case X-ray is not done, then inform LVO about it confirming expected date of delivery and X-ray. You can get benefit asking what documents you must submit to add new born.
