We have done our mediclas since March 29 and sent all to LVO. Our ECA has since been updated to "MEDICALS RECEIVED" but no more info from LVO ( Not even PPR0 :'(). Our visa Officer is CDD. WE just called our bank and we were told that our draft was encashed since May 12. Is anyone in this same situation? The year is coming to an end and we re really worried!

Same position here... Medical and RPRF done in april.. CSE replied by CDD saying that file is in completion of security clearance.. i think we r in same bacth..

From May to August all Canadian Visa Office deploy their maximum resources for the issuance of Student and Visitior Visas.
I learned this from news that were in media , when last year strike was going on
Generally all VO consumes at least 65% of their allocated visa quota by June 2014 , as new quota is allocated in November every year

I am 3rd June and twice this year I asked for the status of my application and both time they said it is under process. But they did not tell me which kind process is going on my application e.g. Background check or Criminal check or security checks
