Dear all Concerned.

Hope this finds you well.

I have submitted all my documents [Revised forms] and medical [second time as the first medical expired] sent new police clearance certificate as these was requested by LVO again. Basically, have sent everything since January 2014 and have not received any feedback or PPR. As per the CIC website mentions the incoming documents take 3 to 4 months for screening and in my case its been 5 months.

Is anyone experiencing the same?

Please advise if there is any update I may have missed regarding this..

.when i open my CAS..i find written just IN PROCESS on the very first page

What Does this mean??

as when i go in details mean clicking the line of APPLICATION SUBMITTED TO NOVA SCOTIA...it is written that after eligibility review status appear to IN PROCESS

please let me know whether iam correct or not or it is same for every body..

I am planning to shift to Canada permanently after one year. For now, I would go to Canada for one month only to make entry and return back.

Normally it takes two months and you may get back after giving your relative address and later on your relative can courier you PR card thats it.........

mish you have to click IN PROCESS to see your status. In Process means your file is accepted and under process.
Once you click IN Process you will see "We have received your file on ......" then later another line will add (inshallah)
"We have started your processing on ......." and so on...

The current normal processing time is 85 days

You can request urgent processing of pr card, you may or may not get it before you leave Canada.

bro your eligibility is clear so nothing to worry about..... but as you know that your case is in security checks... so i dont think so you should send CSE at this stage.... just wait and watch... major milestone is already achieved...

We people are literally counting days.

congrats ! What is your e-case status ? If changed into 2nd line (we started processing.........), when did it change ?

there is no change. still single line....in my opinion, some VO update ECAS and some are not.....I have been requested for additional documents on 25.03.14 after my CSE to LVO regarding my job and address update. means from that time my file is in process but ECAS is not updated....I think it is not too much important. Main thing is that your case remain moving....

BTW, in my case raising CSE to LVO is very fruitful....I sent update for my job and address and got the reply with additional docs request. same one week back, I raised the CSE asking them for the status of my file. in initial mail 03 days back, my VO reply that my file is in waiting que for review but after one day, I received MR and RPRF request.......

that is my experiance and as per trend, I believe that they are trying to wind up things with in one year with some plus and minus.

Many thanks abu hassan, while updating Schedule-A form I realized that I have a small mistake in my address where i was living 9 years back. It shoule be F-8/1 whereas I wrote it as F-8/4. Should I correct this mistake in Schedule-A form also? As for PCC I will have to write this address

Freddy, correct it and make a asterisk and explain the mistake at the bottom, why you changed it.

Dear All

i need seniors urgnet input. for the person living outside Pakistan but applied in pakistan are they going to get the PPR1 request or direct Passprot request????????? One of my friend living outside Pakistan has received the letter and mentioned in it only Passports, Photo and Update Information only to be send to London office.

Is it possible to send it through DHL. Is the return of passport will be done by London office.
