LVO is clearing older applications in much faster way to elimnate all the backlog...both PPR1 today are from 2009/2010 applicants

Only reason is security clearance , that is done on every step.
I travel a lot , and most recently has traveled to Sri Lanka and Maldives.
Both countries share common Security Data Base with EU , US and Singapore (Australia)

There is no other reason
