Do I have to include month and year of address in following format or just list of address without dates?

I have been in more then 25 address during last 10 years, so I am wondering what is the standard procedure to give level of details for this form.

As per my last CSE to London Office my case is under Back Ground and Security Check for the last 3 months...

The concern is that I have recently switched my job and will now be working in Abu Dhabi for another company.. Previously I was working for a firm in Kuwait... Should I be informing Canadian Immigration about this change and if yes then what will be procedure for that...

Will it have any impact on the application ?

You must inform your visa office ......there are two ways to let them know about your job do an email ask for requirement .....otherwise you submit the following documents yourself .........
1. Resignation of Last firm
2. Clearance letter of last firm
3. Appointment letter of new firm mean contract
4. Updated Schedule A

and it has zero impact on your app if you do not inform them then you may face any kind of delay ....

Just few hours ago, LVO has asked me to send the following within 30 days

updated Schedule A and IMM5406 forms for me and my spouse **questions 8 and 12 must be completed from age 18 and must not show any gaps in the dates. These forms may be downloaded from our website www.cic.gc.ca**

I then straight away logged in to see my ECAS status which shows " We started processing your application from April 03, 2014". I am glad at this progress but at the same time a little confused as LVO has not asked me to send my PCCs, which I didnt send along with my application. I need a little guidance as to whether I should send my PCCs along with these updated forms or wait for LVO's request.

By the way, having logged in to the forum after a long gap, I am very happy to see some activity on this thread. Big congrats to all friends whose applications are moving forward especially brother Msaeed and Abu Hassan who have always been forthcoming in extending their help to others. My sincere wishes to all other members who are anxiously waiting for some progress on their end.

First of all, Loads of congratulations

Could you please share your full timeline ? Date of application & PER Date & NOC ?

My strong suggestions; If you can manage, MUST submit PCC. It will save time. Eventually LVO would ask for PCC at later stage, but if you would submit it now, it will save time for sure.
