Eliminating Backlogs and Improving Processing Times
The third measure was a temporary pause on the acceptance of new FSW applications, apart from those with valid job offers and students pursuing Canadian PhDs. Implemented July 1, 2012, this measure enabled CIC to focus its processing resources for the FSW Program on the remaining applications received since 2008. The pause remained in place until May 2013, and allowed CIC to develop and implement the program changes mentioned above and make considerable progress toward the goal of processing all FSW applications by the end of 2014. As a result of these efforts, the FSW backlog has been reduced to approximately 65,000 persons as of the end of July 2013.

Any body raised CSE more than one time? will they reply?
Or once you get reply for your CSE anybody asked query again. In my case they said "you will in contact in due course". Means how long will it take any suggestion?

Sir

Raise CSE as many times as you wish. LVO will act , when your turn comes or when they wish to do so

Stay Blessed

unfortunately yes....i agree.... :-X

After sending PER, mostly application files are not been touched by LVO except for the interview ones.

It shows that LVO is still working with the backlogs of previous years and partially working on FSW 2013.

17 interviews out of 150, in 10 months time........shows that they are moving really slow.

If they move with this, the rest of 150 will not be finished in a year.

Thank you msaeed. CIC is very clear with its objective of processing all fsw applications by the end of 2014, including your own. You can see that the 25 months processing period for LVO on cic site is just there for formality. All the best as we await further action from LVO.

It would seem that LVO is very slow but I am sure they are very much aware of the 2014 deadline. I am not saying they will wait until near that time to begin full force with processing of applications but even with the deadline drawing near, I want to believe that LVO would soon surprise all of us.

I hope, as we see that they have 2 - 4 months to catch speed, as one year is going to end after 2 months and the PER were issued in July.
So, March or April should be surprising.

As I know EOI is the plan for 2014. But will it be started after April 30, 2014 or End of 2014.
Any clear idea for FSW2014? it should not become back lock of 2013?

Like NDVO our LVO is not taking FSW2013 as the serious cases. Interview from NDVO is very less, direct MR and Visa.
At least lets hope march'14 will rollout some thing.

From the look of things, there is no indication of fsw 2014. EOI is starting in January 2015, and CIC has stated that it is committed to completing all fsw applications and backlogs by the end of 2014 before EOI in January of 2015.

Just now I received email from London VO instructing me to submit Schedule A form and PCC.

This is really a great news !

It means that LVO started working on the non-interviewed ones. I think within days some of us will also receive such lucky emails. ;)

Rawdah your this post is a first drop of rain for LVO non-interviewed ones. ;D

Now again the hopes are high, and we got the job, to check our emails after every hour :)

I believe every single application is reviewed (quick preview) by LVO in order to determine which ones need interview and which ones doesn't. Once all interviews are finished, then they will issue MRs just like NDVO.
