Can you please provide more information regarding your conversation related to processing applications by LVO ?

As you have mentioned ; they are going back to Uk start of next month.... after that they will work really fast Was it about FSW 2013 ? What exactly did Visa Officer said about it ? After that they will work really fast ? Did visa officer said this or is it your own opinion ? If your opinion, how did you get this that they will work really fast once going back to London.

I know it was your interview and it was more about your job clarifications etc but as you said I had a chance to discuss with them, can u tell us more about your discussion on this topic in detail ?

I don't know the extent of his discussion with the visa officer but it could be logical that when they return to the UK, they could process applications fast. My reason for saying this is that there is interview scheduled for March in London from 3rd week. What would the visa officers be doing when they return from Abu Darbi before the London interview?

For the fact that they will be conducting interview in London (in their own "home") may not at all hamper their ability to still proceed with processing of applications. I don't see London office organizing another round of interview in Abu Darbi in April. So in essence, they would have all necessary man power to deal with both interview and process applications through out March and April in my own thinking. We could see some fire works from LVO from the first week of March.

I haven't received any email regarding updated docs/interview or MR till now.

application received 24th May 2013.

Note:We have sent two separate applications under NOCs 2134 (husband as main applicant) and 2147(wife as main applicant).
There is no update for NOC 2134 application.

Maybe or may not be, So far who ever gets GCMS the last due date mentioned as the same date of PER 2014.
Let the 1st visa be stamped then the one can predict on timings.

Dear rawdah, Probably you could create another entry for 2147 (wife as main applicant) while you leave NOC 2134 in case there is update from LVO.

In my opinion we can't be compared with NDVO applicants, I believe they are having their files processed faster because their VO placed in India, not like us, that's why the background checks are not lengthy like ours.

My Consultant told me, they are still busy with backlogs, and still asking for updates from 2011 applicants.

True, LVO could be busy with backlogs and asking for updates from 2011 applicants but nothing stops them from working on 2013 applicants concurrently. Applications from 2013 processed so far is not encouraging at all.
