Hi Sachoudary, I need some information regarding UK PCC as I will apply for that very soon. What type of proof of address you sent when u applied? Will they accept two bank statements receiving from 2 banks as I have no other proof of address.

Yes you can send your bank statements for proof of address as I sent my credit card statement of last two months

I think one bank statement showing your residential address should be fine.

NDVO applicants are sooooooooooooooooo Lucky, there are getting status updates, medical request, passport requests even on weekends (Saturday/Sunday).

We don't get Either of it even on working days !

Wondering if LVO is really too busy ? They cant handle few hundreds of applications of FSW 2013 ?

The way NDVO is completing 2013 applications, it means that there are clear instructions from Immigration Ministry that FSW 2013 must be completed within time frame which is perhaps 1 year. There instructions should suppose to be for all visa offices, not just NDVO. Don't know what is LVO take on it ?

The way they are processing, I seriously doubt if our applications will be processed within 1 year time frame.

Check the comparisons of LVO spreadsheet and NDVO applicants spreadsheet................NDVO spreadsheet is so colorful and almost everyone is either with blue color (medical) or yellow/purple(passport/visa issue)................whereas LVO Spreadsheet simply sucks and lags way behind, just 6-7 blue lines of medicals, 6-7 interviews and rest ALLL GREEN (NO UPDATES).

Unfortunately, what you are saying is 100% true. But, at the same, as Abu Hassan has rightly said, Canadian immigration is only a "privilege" not our "right". Ah... we are so so poor and helpless!

Cold wave is passing through LVO which makes them cold and lazy . Anyways as summer is coming, hopefully coming heat wave make them hot on files.

My passport is about to expire in next 2 months so I am going to renew my passport. Once I get the new passport, how should I send the copy of new passport to LVO? By Email / CSE attachment or hard copy by courier? Also do I need to update re-submit some forms?

I think one bank statement showing your residential address should be fine.

Yes, even they accept two different letters from same bank and same account. They are very nice, you can email them any question and they will reply you back in next few hours. T hey are not like LVO

I raised a CSE to LVO on Monday, making reference to the DUE DATE on my GCMS note of 30/12/2013 which has since elapsed (with no correspondence from them) and got this reply now. What do u guys think?

It means that we will have a wave like NDVO. They have started working on the background earlier than LVO, hence the season we are seeing such an activity from them at the moment. I firmly believe by the end of March/Early April there will be lots of MRs and DMs in May by LVO ...

The fact that random people from May have been asked to attend interview means that they have quickly reviewed all applications at least in the month of May. Whilst some are attending interviews, other applications have been submitted for security checks. Someone mentioned yesterday security checks takes approximately 2 months (in some cases longer) from the date of submission. If they started working on your application 1st of February, that means your will received your MR 1st of March. The guys that have interviews in March, should either receive MR at the same time or will have their documents submitted for security after the interview, so they might get a bit delayed, but everyone will have DM by June at the latest ...

It's only February guys, if by June noone from LVO has had DM, then we can all start to panic!
