Is it necessary to make CSI, things are going as per sequence as of now....Is there any discrimination regarding country as most of the interview calls are for UAE applicants and likewise medicals...only one applicant from Pakistan has got MR..??

and so eager to know your status, definitely you can raise CSE.It's just co incidence that UAE applicants are more visible here, as this is hard core reality there are lots of expats in UAE from Pakistan, India, BD, Nepal and nearby Middle East countries. People apply in bulk for Canada Immigration from UAE, and for all LVO is the VO.

is it good to ask again about my application from LVO. i already sent an email in november and recieved a reply.

Don't send too many queries to them, it will not give jump start to your application, it will take its own time.
Apparently it can adversely effect your application with delays if you ask about your application repeatedly.
Information referring to previous applicants.
I wouldn't recommend you to send CSE just to get the application status. You can send if there is need to update your application.
