Hummm, my elder son was vaccinated st the government family health clinics as well, the other two boys, I am not really sure, but the vaccination cards are available.
So, why all this vaccination thing required for in Canada?

Well, my notice period is 3 months which is going to finish by October 20th. I also have earned about 4 weeks annual leaves. Now company is trying to assess if I need to work full notice period and get compensation for annual leaves or I should avail my annual leaves. Unless I get written confirmation from Company, I will be hanging around for my departure date :D :D :D.

Anyways, we have started our shopping in UAE as we have planned to fly from UAE. We will visit Pakistan for couple of weeks max. Once I get confirmation from Company, I shall plan to sell off furniture, household appliances, car etc. Let's see how things work out for me, really need prays from you and everyone else.

It is a Provincial matter and required for School admission. The requirement for each Province may differ little bit. I believe Vaccination Cards which we recieve from Family Health Clinic should be able to serve the purpose as all vaccinations are recorded, signed and stamped on the card at the time of administration. Anyways, I am trying to confirm for Ontario Province if Immunization Record Form (recieved from LVO) is mandatory or we can use our Vaccination Cards. Once I get confirmed news, I shall share on the forum.

ok...i have something to share regarding this...
i called Dr J P McCulloch & Partners,
Flat 1004, Tenth Floor, Abu Dhabi Co-Op Building (above Al-Noor Hospital),
Sheikh Khalifa Street,

this is same clinic where we did medicals. they r saying tht doctor samia will be back on 2nd sep...they can do it for 100aed...
passport copy, immunization record paper and original vaccination card is required.

but brother plz let us know if its not mandatory...

Thanks for sharing Maria, it is not a bad option to go for; I would say, much much better than to pay AED 450 ;) ;) ;).

Give me few days and I will come-up with better information directly from Canada. If this form is mandatory, then I am planning to go to a medical centre in Musaaffah to check if Doctor is willing to ceritfy. I believe, he may do it in AED 50 per child :p :p :p.

Help needed from seniors!

My file is at third stage of processing "Medical results have been received"
few days ago i got married and informed my VO about it.Now VO demanded additionl docs for my spouse.
My wife has spent 5 years for MBBS study outside her home city.So do i need to send police certificate for both the cities?
