Dear Saeed Bahi , I am very thankful to you. you are always helping to us. I dropped email to LOV and got the following reply.
Please do guide how can i proceed for these requirements:

A new dependant can be added during the processing of an application. Please note that the eligibility of new dependents will be assessed by the visa officer.

In order to add the child to an application for permanent residence at this office, we require the following documents:

processing fee for your child (if accompanying you to Canada)
your child's long form birth certificate
copy of your child's valid passport
4 recent photographs of your child
updated IMM0008 Generic for yourself (which must include your new dependant's information) and updated IMM5406 “Additional Family Information” form for yourself and your spouse

Please note, the processing fee for your child (if accompanying you to Canada) cannot be accepted in the UK. It must be paid in Canada. The receipt should be sent to CPC-Mississauga, who will update the payment information for the file. ( how i can do this payment ? )

Please contact us only if there are significant issues that arise, as we are focusing our efforts on processing files and may not be able to respond to routine case enquiries. Also, please do not send duplicate hard copies. ( what does mean it )



We appreciate your patience and continued cooperation during this process.

1. Drop email to your VO , and ask him for online payment , and request him to provide you link for that. I am sure they are referring to on-line payment of fee.


2. LVO has requested to send all information Once only , and have avoided duplicate mails / emails etc

Dear friends, I have some news!

Have got PPR today, I say PPR as I don't think for visa exempt applicants there is only one PPR.

They are asking us to send our passports, two photographs for each member, and fill updated information chart!

The bit I am confused about is, how do I send my passport to VAC using secure service? It mentions some fees and return envelops ...
Also, If I am based in London, can i deliver the passports personally? It is mentioned on the website, but I need to investigate properly! Still in panic !

I sent CSE yesterday, and got the request today. I firmly believe my CSE has prompted DXS to send us the PPR, as everytime I have raised CSE i have had no reply on my CSE, but instead a progress on the application.

Dear All , Please guide how i can pay Processing fee at CPC-Mississauga from Pakistan to add newborn in my PR application ?

I am sure its on-line payment.
Drop email to your Visa Officer , and seek his advice for paying this online.
They will guide you accordingly

Long Form Birth certificate is NADRA issued birth Certificate , and do get your FRC , and submitt this along with all these documents

They will terminate your consultant , and will update your email as primary communication address.
Inform in covering letter to VO about your email address on which you intend to receive all updates and advices

Dear Pakistani Mates


It wise to make NICOP for all members of family before leaving, http://www.nadra.gov.pk/index.php/products/cards/nicop?.

This is very important and easy to get this from Pakistan, as any error in data or in case of any objection raised , it is very easy to get this settled here in Pakistan.


Processing times at the consulate can be in months , and it costs a lot in terms of effort that is required , specially taking day off , and spending on transport etc.

My cousin faced lot of issues in Sydney , Australia - As on daily basis , consulate came with unique issues , and she was helpless , and was forces to provide all required information to them , including death certificates of her parents etc.

In addition to above do get FRC for your family , your parents family and your spouses family.
Get Nikkah Nama computerized - Its easy to get these now

I think in order to be considered for communications by LVO I need to terminate my representative first, or how they will know I am the genuine applicant without replacing the representative email with mine

How much time it may take to get immigration process to complete after application submission (for cases submitted after may 01 2014)... my visa office is London.. as per cic web it will take 27 months, which seems alot.. I heard initially tht applications after may 01 2014 will be entertained within a year..

Plz comment.

Well, we are in same situation.

I think if you've paid the fees totally and I think you did then it is okay to terminate the representative.
I would do that but I don't know what shall I do and which forms I should submit and what sort of complications it would raise.

Hello forumites....
Congrats to all whose got updates, MR and PPR. I sent a mail to CDD yesterday asking about application status and he replied today with the following :
We are currently in the process of completing the required background/ security checks for your application. We are unable to provide a specific timeframe for the completion of this procedure.

However, we will be in contact as soon as there have been further developments with the processing of your file.

Any idea of the timeframe this will take considering I have 3rd line added on Ecas and paid RRPF online. Opinions welcomed..cheers
