ecas is never an authentic tool...........there are some members here in this forum who have gotten their passports with visa but their ecas is still in process........so don't worry and chill.

Hi, whether you need a transit visa or not totally depends on your nationality. Please check the below links for UK and the Netherlands and check if you need a transit Visa.

Thank you tootfairy, i checked the link and it says that you are exempt if you are travelling to the canada. Actually my wife is travelling and i hope she wont need to pass through the passport control while changing the terminal. what do u think

or London Transit Visa is not required. Please contact your travel agent , as all this information is available with their booking software , and they are the best informed about this.

Travel on PIA , it is good , and travelling hassel is shortened

Saeed bhai no doubt PIA is a good choice but i dont want to risk my travel coz PIA can go to strike anytime ( it happened with me 3years back and they even didnt refund my money).
Actually i purchased ticket from ticket.no thats why i am not sure wether i need transit visa or not

I was in the same state some time back, and that means u will get 2nd line when they start processesing ur file, and processesing would start after Security check. Do not worry sat with patience, once it starts u will finish in a months time..., it happened wid me...and my VO was CDD...da awesome....

So you think they add the 2nd line after security check? This process is so so so confusing.

Alhamdolillah recieved request for Passport on Friday. They need to be sent to London before August 28. I am in Melbourne so still thinking how to get them sent. Is the due date by which the passport should reach VFS London or VFS Sydney? Thanks for all the help and support guys!

Any airline can go on strike any time, I suffered at the hands of South west in US , Lufthansa and British Airways

Any how Contact any travel agency, with your nationality details , they will clear your apprehensions.
Even when any one buys online , system pops up Transit Visa Requirements - Double check this , even day before your flight , as rules keep on changing , specially overnight for Pakistanis !!!!

Please anyone can share his/her experience about the KKB?? I have done my medical on 21st of july and third line added on 28th of july. Initially, I was getting response from the LBM and now I am getting response from KKB.... any idea if KKB runs Background checks after medical or background checks has been completed???

depends upon ur VO actually...
we (VCM communication applicants) had 2nd line of processing added before SC started.

no up-date from my end so far............I can just rely on the last communication that VCM replied me on Jun 15 (that your review is anticipated in next month or so)...and by that I's assuming that my PPR would come in Jul, but now with words of next month or so, I realized that it'd come in Aug InShaAllah... pray for me....
Since Jun 15, I've lodged 2 CSE's to date but none got replied....with this I'm assuming that now file has moved to the officer (and no more with VCM), that seems the only reason that VCM is not replying on my CSE's......like the case of Jigzyy where he also did not get replies of his CSE's for some time and suddenly he got PPR....I'm praying that the same would happen for me as well. let's see...

i have to go for medical after a week...

but as my visa will issue, inshallah after a month or two

destination will be Toronto, Inshallah ....Ya Allah Ya Kareem
