HI Guys,

We were asked for Medical and RPRF and UK police clearance on June 5 which we submitted and they updated the status of medical received on 29 June.

I inquired them 2 weeks ago and they confirmed that they have received every thing and the medicals are expiring next year. Also, they are doing routine background checks and will contact once they are complete and cannot say any thing when the checks will be completed.

Did any one else got the same reply.

How long does it usually take to get passport request from medicals?

Any suggestions? Should we request case file??

hilao1 done the medicals more or less same time as you, and his ecas has been updated to Decision Made...

think it's a bit different person to person and depends of the VO, but hopefully we will all get PPR in August.

Its DM guys! Waiting for my passport.

1)We received your application for permanent residence on May 13, 2013.

2)We started processing your application on June 21, 2014.

3)Medical results have been received.

4)A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

I got the same reply.. background checks may takes 2 - 6 months..
