AK2147,

I don't see any problem if you send CSE yourself as an Applicant. When you will send CSE through web form, you will select Relationship to Applicant as Applicant and you can provide your consultant number which is optional. You will also provide an email address which will be obviously yours. LVO will reply you on the provided email. They may copy their reply to your consultant too but I am not sure about it.

It is only you who can analyze and decide if there is any important query which you need to ask from LVO or you just want to know the status of your application.

Hi all,
I have applied through a consultant and my consultant is reluctant to raise the CSE at this stage. May I raise the CSE by myself without informing to my consultant. Do u think that LVO will reply on my email address as officially my consultant's email address is provided for all communication.

I raised a CSE with LVO last friday as regards updating my phone numbers and asking about the status of my case since i got PER since august 2013 and here is their reply today

Dear Madam / Sir,

This is in response to your enquiry.

Your phone number has been changed

Your application is in process or waiting to be reviewed by an immigration officer. No further action is required by you at this time.

Our office will contact the applicant when a decision has been made or if further information is required. Immigration decisions and information requests are sent by post or email to the addresses provided in the application.
We thank you for your patience and for keeping your correspondence to a minimum.

Yours sincerely,
Client Service Unit (DRD)...

so im of the opinion that only staff at LVO know how they are treating the files,as its inconclusive they are all treated FIFO, it could be that they prioritise some particluar NOC,or the prioritise points or wanting to clear off applicants from some other countries first..BTW i reside in Uk..I believe God will shall allm receive positive response..for all whose got interview and MR and those waiting for PPR congrats and goodluck

cheers.

Did u get married after getting the PER? I mean has there been a major change after getting PER.

Coz I got married and had asked LVO to update the same. They gave me 90 days to send me the required forms and spouses documents which I had done in September 2013 including the $550.

Indeed it's very difficult to predict how do they operate. We can just only guess by observing the pattern. 8)

2 Good tip for Interview is :

1> Only answer what & when asked and to the point ( Brief). if the question is did u walk on the moon, answer should be yes I did walk on the moon. they are not bothered what difficulties u faced while u walked on the moon, or lets say while coming back on the moon i also walked on the stars. This is not required. Only thing required here is yes i walked on the moon.

2> only carry those stuffs which you have submitted nothing new. If they wanted something , they would have instructed you by now. Carrying additional letters from friends, mummy, daddy, colleagues or neighbor wont help.

Coz like interviews and in real life, If you speak too much , it ruins many things, also providing too much extra documents might also ruin.
Only provide extra documents when u see the boat is sinking not when its still alive. extra burden can ruin it.
These r just my assumption and honest thought.
and also 2 x previous experiences of Interview in NDVO. ( my younger brother and my friend).
I might be wrong every case is different. and many may seem to differ, its your file. u can think better.
