Im observing now a days there is no correspondence from Laura to anyone ..........If someone raise inquiry she replies at the end as soon as we are able to .........no one can guess when she will be able for what ........

question : is it fine to send passport copies & information chart to above email id or i should generate case specific inquiry

I guess if the email came from that address then you are good to reply to it.

Did they ask for the whole passport or just the Bio page? Also what is in the info chart? (just so I know what to expect as I am awaiting PPR).

Yes I have received email from the same email id. further I got system generated acknowledgement.
PPR 1 includes Passport info, height eyes colour and native language.

Looks like quota for this week is exhausted by LVO. They may reset counter on Sunday Midnight :-\
