i think they r not going to answer...how abt u? i think v should only eye for a ppr in jun/july now... :'(

I raised CSE last week (and got auto reply also) but still waiting for VO reply ... I think if auto-reply comes, then they do reply. Farhan raised CSE on last Thursday and got rply on Next day...and they mentioned 2 months further to wait.... Yes it looks like they want to hold the PPRs till Jun/ July. I checked one of my friend who applied in 2011, he also got PPR after around 5 months of MR. As Farhan rightly analyzed, LVO trend of sending PPR mainly for Pakistan applicants is on the average 5-6 months after MR.

that was Saleem's case......

in my case officer spent only 10 minutes on interview.... and after that he said to me that with in 6 weeks you should have MR..... but dont panic if you will not listen with in this time period.....

its almost 12 weeks now..... :

Also, I want to share below activities with regards to my application.

On May 8, I sent CSE asking for updates, few hours later I received e-mail & call from my Consultant asking Clear Passport Copies, information about height & eye color (This is for Updated Information Chart).

Today May 12, I received reply to my Inquiry informing me that e-mail (PPR1) was sent to my Consultant on May 7. They also forwarded the sent e-mail & instruction.

This may sound silly, but I am very confused where I am standing now, so please help.

I received an automated email from LVO (Client-update-mise-a-jour@cic.gc.ca) with attachment of medical form IMM1017, exactly one week ago. I have not received any email from my visa officer specifically. Should I expect any emails from my visa officer?

Furthermore, can you explain what stage I am standing right now. Is it medical request or VO sends separate email requesting medical? What shall be the next steps after this.

It's definitely is the Medical Request. You should get an appointment booked and have it done. They haven't requested anything else for now.
