Can you please help me on Immigrant summery form?
LVO ask for last 10year occupation, but in my case i start working from last 7 years. They are very strict for last 10year information. So my question is DOES STUDY PERIOD ALSO COUNT AS OCCUPATION.
I know it is silly question but it is very important.

study period doesn't count but you already have enough employment years anyway. You still need to mention what you have been doing in the past 10 years, even if it was a study or unemployed.

Nothing was unusual. I had to visit IOM again because of their mistake, so when I demanded about the results, they had to tell me and they assured that nothing is wrong with results for both of us. Even later on, Canadian Nurse confirmed that HIV, Syphilis etc are all -ve for my wife blood sample.

Actually, I think they just made my case a little "Special" one. lol. Anyway, I guess I'll just skip few days from the forum and from eCas. Will ease my mind and stuff.

In 99.9% cases , if an applicant is "Normal" in terms of IOM , then there is no issue.
IOM staff is free and fair in their versions , and they have this permission to inform applicant on contact.
Otherwise they use a standard term " We will contact you within 2/3 days in case of any doubt / isuses , otherwise its fine and we will upload results"

What is my next step then? Shall I email them again? Raise a CSE through their website? Anything else?

VO have record of all incoming emails , to be safe print all emails , write a covering letter , and dispatch through courier

Nothing to worry mate, as I remember few of them who have done MR from Fortis Banglore for them it's taking almost it more than a month.

There is no movement in my ecas since 2010 , there are only three lines;

1.We received your application for permanent residence on November 18, 2009.
2.We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on January 20, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
3.Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review.

I am not worried , as I know , it has minimum value in processing of your application.

I have sort of update (only sort of)....
Upon my recent CSE, LVO replied, but this time bit specific. Following is their reply:

Dear Applicant,

Please be advised that your application is currently awaiting review by an immigration officer. We will be in contact with further information once this review has taken place.

You should be hearing from us in the next couple months.

The most important part is the one that I highlighted. Standing in May, next couple months would conceptually be Jun - Jul.

So we must anticipate PPR 1 from 01st Jun to 31st Jul. This complies my date of PER (which was Jul 02, 2013)....one year from date of PER...
That is my interpretation.
