I am afraid no, you need to have MR email or COPR or VISA page copy.

Well they don't declare any open dates for the upcoming session. The moment you register for CIIP session they (CIIP backend) team will see the next available date within your area of residence, and they will let you know once they have any slot available for that period.

Sent my updated forms to LVO a month back and also got confirmation for the receiving. but still no update after that....also no change in online status...still with first boring line and no addition.

good luck man....update us about the stuff and share if you can...
what about licensing process for your trade. I believe Mechanical engineer is falling in regulated trades need license to practice. have you started in this direction. any home work to get license.
