Status changed to Decision Made.

A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

My passports were received by Abu Dhabi office yesterday and are currently with Abu Dhabi office for possible stamping.

GOD willing next update will be after the stamping.

Guys , Please advise in which status i am currently in :\

According to ECAS , they have started processing my application on 5th , Feb 2014 where they request from me to send new PCC form UAE although i have sent one in my application which was valid . i have sent the document after a week and till this date i didn't receive any update or MR request nor nothing.

what they are doing exactly in LVO now with my application ?

Hi Friends I notice that in medical report client biodata and summary form that UCI number is different for both of us. Application no is same.
Sorry if I am asking silly question?

UCI number is a unique number , and is assigned to every applicant , and this becomes his identity number for CIC and Canadian agencies for rest of his life

Just few hours ago, LVO has asked me to send the following within 30 days

updated Schedule A and IMM5406 forms for me and my spouse **questions 8 and 12 must be completed from age 18 and must not show any gaps in the dates. These forms may be downloaded from our website www.cic.gc.ca**

I just received an email from LVO now asking me to clarify the below issue in My Schedule A Form. Please does anybody have such a case? Please i need you advice as I want to respond immediately.



Dear Sir,

We have received documents in response to the below request. However, your Schedule A Background Declaration form contains a gap in your personal history (Question 8) from 01/xx- 02/xx.

Please provide details of your personal history during this period via email as soon as possible.

Review your Schedule A , many times , any missing in this could cost months in delays in processing.

Dear Mates,

We have completed our medical examination today at "eMedical enabled" Clinic in Abu Dhabi. As soon as we reached in the Clinic, we were given bottles to give urine samples including our elder son (5+). Urine sample was not taken for my younger son (3+).

Then Nurse took photos with digital camera and checked BP, weight, height and eye sight one by one. In case of our kids, BP was not checked. During these checks, nurse asked if there is any kind of regular medication or major operation or eye glasses.

Then doctor conducted physical examination with upper portion undressed. After physical examination, blood samples and x-ray were taken excluding our kids.

We were told that if there is any issue, doctor will call else Clinic will upload the medical results. They asked me to provide email address so that they can update me as soon as they will upload the medical results.

Now finger crossed for the third line.

Allhamdullilah i have received medical request and RPRF fee request for me and my family.
They also ask me for undated PCC from my current residence country and updated Schedule A and IMM5406 forms for you and your spouse **questions 8 and 12 of the Schedule A form must be completed from age 18 and must not show any gaps in the dates.

That's great and it will take only one hour...........cause there is not rush these days ..........especially for Canada ......and much time is consumed in registration process .........if their system would go offline you will be stuck there .........
