I had received reply from LBM during last week of February against my CSE to get confirmation of receipt of updated documents. She sent this reply through her personal email. In signature, there is no Client Service Unit after LBM. Therefore, as per the definition of Hila, LBM is my visa officer or may be program assistant. What do you say?

LBM could be visa officer in Immigration and medical services division. She was the vo that sent out MR to my friend. In my earlier statement about clerk (client service unit) responding to enquiries about updated documents, visa officers/program assistants too can also respond. The clear difference in trying to identify or tell if any response is from either visa officer/program assistant or clerk lie in the address below their initials or signature, which was the question raised by JBZZ.
